Angels Camp National Vision


Substantially mitigate homelessness nationwide by creating a replicable, entrepreneurial based self-help homeless rehabilitation center.

Angels Camp will cater to the homelessness in the United States; and address mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse. Moreover, it will also help to mitigate other issues underlying homelessness, by including in the curriculum training and support in the following areas: career training, financial, medical, psychological, dentistry, personal growth guidance, hygiene and counseling. There shall also be a moneymaking companies embedded within the facility to help float the operation and train the members of the Angels Camp.

The first such center will be set up in a way that may be replicated by putting in place sustainable systems, than can be implemented in a franchise like manner. All components of Angels Camp will be designed in a manner that is to be packaged for operation of multiple facilities across the country. Each facility will follow exactly the stringent set of programs, operations, and finances that are perfected in the first proto type facility prior to be replicated across the country, one in every state.

Angels Camp will conform to the stringent environmentally friendly building requirements controlled by the US Green Building Council.

Angels Camp shall be a comprehensive in-care, rehabilitation facility that leverages and coordinates the vast array of services, universities, churches and professional personnel that are available and motivated to solve the problem of homelessness in the United States; coupled with the coordination of public and private funding sources to achieve such aim.

The first such facilities shall be located in the Washington, DC and Sacramento / Bay Area, CA, and shall house at least 500 individuals at any given time and shall be completed by 2008. The facilities themselves will be run as non-profits.

Angels Camp will draw upon an array of dedicated experts and professionals to form local Angel Teams, including: experts in homelessness, finance, psychology, psychiatry, medicine, university internship placement, social services, local government, politicians, politics, construction, programming, writing, education, grant specialist, job placement, career advancement, educator, architect and engineer (as well as other parties deemed necessary) to solve the homeless problem in the United States. Similar Angels Teams shall be replicated with members for each state.
