- Tax Deduction Disclosure and Explanation: Angels Camp Pixel Ads, Inc. is an advertising company set up to place pixel ads on the Internet, and to raise money to build and develop the Charity Angels Camp, Inc. a non profit that is registered and has qualified with the IRS as a non profit 501c3. All donations to Angels Camp, Inc. are tax deductible. However, when you purchase pixel ads from Angels Camp Pixel Ads, Inc. the advertising company, only 50% of that cost to you or your company is tax deductible. The company or person purchasing such an ad is receiving a benefit, or an advertisement from such purchase on the Internet. Therefore, IRS will not consider that a tax-deductible donation. Thus Angels Camp Pixel Ads, Inc. considers 50% of the funds used to purchase an ad as the actual value of the ad on the Internet advertisement to the purchaser, and therefore this portion is not deductible and is considered revenue to further the purposes of Angelscamppixelads.com. However, Angels Camp Pixel Ads, Inc. considers 50% of the funds as a donation to Angels Camp, Inc. the Non Profit Charity, and when you purchase such an ad from Angels Camp Pixel Ads. LLC this company will make a direct donation to Non Profit Angels Camp, Inc. on your behalf of 50% of your ad cost and that is deductible. Thus, it is important that the purchaser realizes that only 50% of the ad purchase is a donation to Angels Camp, Inc. the charity, and thus tax deductible. Your receipt will reflect this fact and note it. The non-profit 501c3 registered with the IRS can be found at angelscamponline.com and it is also illustrated at angelscamppixelads.com.
- Pixels must be purchased in dimensions that are even multiples of 10 (ex. 10x50, NOT 12x49)
- When you purchase a pixel advertisement on this website, you will reserve the right to submit an image and link that will then be published on the pixel advertising page, in the size that you have paid for. There is no actual ownership of any part of this site being transferred.
- You cannot change the image, link, or alt text after they have been submitted. Some exceptions exist, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis
- Refunds will not be issued once an advertisement has been published to the pixel advertising page and there are times when due to technology failures, the ad might not appear until the problem is rectified.
- Angels Camp reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed (by us) as obscene or otherwise offensive. Links pointing to obscene or offensive material at ANY TIME that the link is active from our page, we reserve the right to remove the advertisement
- All image ads sent to us must be the exact size for which you have paid
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and cannot be animated
- Links will ONLY be to HTTP or HTTPS addresses
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website advertisement that you submit
- Funds must be fully received and cleared before your advertisement will be published on our pixel advertisement page
- The pixel advertisement that you purchase will remain on the Angels Camp pixel advertising page for a period of at least 4 years
- The pixel advertisements that you purchase are specific to the Washington DC (region) campus only.
- Any physical advertisements purchased (i.e. naming rights donations) are specific to this first facility in Washington, DC region only, and shall not apply to additional campuses built in other cities, or states.
